  2. Place the ribs in a large stock pot with enough water to cover. Bring the water to a boil and cook over medium-high heat for 1 hour.

  • Whisk 8 ounces Pepperocurry Sauce with garlic, crushed grated ginger, paste in a shallow dish. Set aside.
